1. Product Checking Policy (Mandatory)

At TrendyVai.store, customers are required to check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

✅ If you like and accept the product, you may keep it.
❌ If you do not like the product, you must return it immediately to the delivery person.

⚠️ Once the delivery person leaves, no return, exchange, or complaint will be accepted.

2. No Complaint After Delivery

Any complaint regarding product quality, color, size, or design will NOT be accepted after delivery is completed.
Complaints raised after receiving the product will be considered invalid.

3. Return Conditions

You can return a product only at the time of delivery if:

The product does not meet your expectations
You do not like the product after checking

Returned products must be:

Unused
In original condition
Handed back immediately to the delivery agent

4. Money Back Guarantee (Conditional)

Money Back Guarantee is not automatic.

If a customer requests a refund after delivery:

The customer must provide valid and reasonable justification
The request will be reviewed by TrendyVai.store authority

🔹 If the justification is not acceptable, no refund will be issued

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

Product is accepted after delivery
Complaint is made after delivery completion
Change of mind after receiving the product
Damage caused by customer misuse
