Returns
Due to the nature of our products — including unique items, handcrafted jewelry, and fashion pieces — we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

You received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact us at support@trendyvai.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
Note: We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size choice (please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering)

Personalized or custom-made items
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received:

We will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original method of payment.
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, full refunds including shipping costs will be issued.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
